Return Policy

All purchases for events, workshops, and studio sessions at Artistry Studio are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled event, you may request to transfer your booking to a future date with at least 24 hours’ notice. Transfers are subject to availability and must be used within 60 days.

No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are not eligible for transfer or credit.

For private parties or group bookings, deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be permitted with sufficient notice and at the discretion of Artistry Studio.

Due to the nature of custom and hands-on experiences, all DIY kits and in-studio purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Artistry Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered a rescheduled date or credit.

Terms Of Service

By purchasing a ticket, booking a session, or participating in any activity at Artistry Studio, you agree to the following terms:

Participation in art and craft activities may involve the use of tools and materials including, but not limited to, paint, adhesives, resin, and sharp tools such as scissors and X-acto knives. By participating, you voluntarily assume all associated risks, including but not limited to cuts, injuries, allergic reactions, or damage to personal belongings.

Artistry Studio, its owner, and staff are not responsible for any personal injury, allergic reactions, damage to personal property (including clothing), or unsatisfactory project outcomes that may occur during or after participation.

Participants agree to follow all instructions provided and to use tools and materials safely and appropriately. Artistry Studio reserves the right to limit or restrict the use of certain tools based on age or experience level.

For participants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the booking and agrees to these terms on behalf of the minor. The parent/guardian accepts full responsibility for the minor’s participation.

Artistry Studio may photograph or record activities for promotional and marketing purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of such media unless you request otherwise in writing.

Failure to follow studio guidelines or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the session without refund.

By completing your purchase or participating in any activity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
